Your story deserves more than a standard design — it deserves a symbol of victory. At Royal Belts, we work closely with you from the first sketch to the final shine, crafting premium championship belts that match your vision, style, and budget.

STEP 1

You tell us what you want on your belt through emails, sketches, etc. Your design may be based on your own art or another belt made by Wildcat, or a custom design can be made from scratch. Wildcat will produce a proof for your review via email. Based on your feedback, Wildcat will adjust the art until it is exactly what you want. Once approved, the belt goes into production.

Royal Belts will send you a proof via email for your review. We will make any adjustments based on your feedback until the design is exactly as you want.

Design & Layout Proof

STEP 3

After finalizing the plate sizes and individual designs, we combine all parts into a basic layout. This stage gives you an overall preview of how your championship belt will look once assembled. It helps visualize the placement and flow of each plate before we move forward with the final detailing and 3D artwork.

Basic Belt Layout

STEP 4

Once the basic layout is approved, our design team creates the full-color final proof of your championship belt. This stage showcases the complete design with realistic detailing, colors, logos, and textures. You’ll review this version carefully to ensure every detail is perfect. After your final approval, the design is sent to production to bring your custom belt to life.

FAQs

1. HOW IS THE ARTWORK PRODUCED?

You can share your ideas with us through email—whether it’s sketches, references, or a concept you already have in mind. Your design can be inspired by an existing belt or made completely from scratch. Our team will prepare a digital mockup and send it to you for review. After you share your feedback, we’ll refine the artwork until it perfectly matches your vision. Once you approve the final design, we move the belt into production.

2. How do Premium, Classic, Victory, and Economy styles differ?

Each style offers its own look, materials, and overall build quality. You can explore the full details on our Belt Styles & Pricing page, but here’s a quick breakdown:

Premium Style: Our Premium belts are made to the highest standard—similar to what you see used by major wrestling promotions. They feature heavyweight gold or nickel-plated plates, 1/8" thick, deeply engraved, and mounted on a fully hand-crafted genuine leather strap.

Classic Style: Classic belts include slightly thinner engraved plates and come with two plate shape options. These plates are attached to a durable faux-leather strap with snap fasteners, available in either black or white.

Victory Style: Victory belts feature 1/8" thick engraved plastic plates in gold and black. You can choose from two standard plate shapes, and the artwork is fully customizable. They also come on a faux-leather strap in your choice of black or white.

Economy Style: Economy belts are made with gold or silver-colored aluminum plates featuring smooth, non-engraved artwork. These plates also come in two shape options and are mounted to a faux-leather strap with snap closures, available in black or white.

3. How long does it take to make a belt?

Production time varies by the belt style you choose:

Premium Style: Approximately 10–12 weeks.
Classic Style: Approximately 8–10 weeks .
Victory Style: Approximately 3–4 weeks .
Economy Style: Approximately 2–3 weeks

4. Can I buy WWE belts from you?

No

5. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept credit cards, money orders, bank cashier’s checks, business checks, and wire transfers.

For Premium, Classic, and Victory belts, a 50% deposit is required to begin the artwork process. Once the artwork has been created, this deposit becomes non-refundable. After your belt is completed, we’ll send you a photo for confirmation, and the remaining balance will be due. Once the final payment is received, your belt will be shipped.

Economy belts must be paid in full upfront before production begins.

6. CAN I PAY A RUSH FEE TO GET THE BELT QUICKER?

7. Can I order a belt that looks like a WWE belt but without the WWE logo?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot create belts that copy or closely resemble any current or previous WWE championship designs. Even minor changes to those designs are not allowed due to copyright restrictions.

8. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping within the continental United States is $60 for Premium and Classic belts, and $30 for Economy and Victory belts.

9. Does Royal Belts ship overseas?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping through FedEx. International shipping typically starts at around $250 USD, but the exact cost will depend on your location, package size, delivery speed, and other factors.

10. Are there discounts available for multiple belt orders?

Yes. Discounts are available when you place an order for 5 or more belts at the same time.
